Aufgabe: "The NATO Senior Civilian Representative (SCR) in Afghanistan is responsible for advancing the political-military aspects of the Alliance's engagement in Afghanistan and receives his guidance from the North Atlantic Council (NAC)."
Januar 2004: Minister Hikmet Cetin (Türkei) wird erster SCR.
August 2006: Botschafter Daan Everts (Niederlande) wird Nachfolger von Hikmet Cetin.
